This Privacy Policy explains how Twin Shores Marketing LLC ("Twin Shores," "we," "us"),
operator of FieldPress and TextAPage (the "Services"), collects, uses, and shares
information. It applies to fieldpress.app, textapage.com, portal.fieldpress.app, and related
properties. By using the Services or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact and account details — name, business/agency name, email, phone number, and
the information you enter when you register, request a demo, subscribe, or contact us.
Billing information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full
card numbers.
Service configuration — business details, service areas, licensing information, brand
voice, and connection credentials you provide to set up the Services for your clients.
Information created by using the Services
Content you submit — photos, text messages, and descriptions sent to a FieldPress
intake number, and the web pages generated from them.
Usage data — log data, device/browser information, IP address, and actions taken in
the Services.
2. How we use information
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
Create and publish web pages from content you or your clients submit;
Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and provide support;
Communicate with you about your account, the Services, and (with your consent) marketing;
Protect the Services, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
3. Communications & your consent
When you provide your contact information and check the consent box, you give
prior express written consent for Twin Shores Marketing and its agents to contact you at the
phone number and email you provide — including by SMS/text message, email, telephone call, and
automated or artificial-intelligence calling systems — for both marketing and
business/operational purposes, using automated technology where applicable.
Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and ask us to stop calls
by telling us.
We retain a record of your consent (the disclosure text, date, time, and IP address) as
required for compliance.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:
Service providers that help us run the Services, under contract — for example hosting
and infrastructure (Cloudflare, Railway), payment processing (Stripe), AI content generation
(Anthropic), and messaging/CRM (HighLevel). These providers process data only to provide their
services to us.
Your WordPress site and connected accounts — generated pages are published to the
WordPress site you connect; messaging flows through the phone/CRM accounts you connect.
Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights,
property, or safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and tax obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Published pages remain on your WordPress site and are
controlled by you.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information,
including encryption of connection credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100%
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your
personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, contact us at
the address below. You can opt out of marketing communications as described in Section 3.
8. Cookies
Our sites use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate, remember preferences, and
measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new
"last updated" date.
